As your Emotional Health and Wellness Facilitator, I’m here to empower you with the tools you need in order to take that next step in your life and become more of who you are. When we are true to who we really are, we find more peace, joy, and abundance in our lives. My specialty is helping people become emotionally independent so they can have a stronger influence in the world around them.
Essential Oils
Part of my holistic approach includes incorporating essential oils into your daily health and wellness routine. EO’s have enhanced my experiences in becoming emotionally independent as well as keeping my whole family healthy and happy. They can do the same for you. This venue is optional and does not affect care received through coaching services. It’s just another tool for your tool-belt!

Are You Ready?
Hello and welcome. I’m Amy Cagle, your Emotional Health and Wellness Facilitator. In my holistic approach to coaching, I focus on developing my clients as a whole person. In order to address what is holding you back from reaching your highest potential, we will explore your overall physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, as well as your emotional relationship with your environment.
I specialize in becoming emotionally independent by teaching and encouraging emotional intelligence with cognitive behavior theory (CBT); a program to help you recognize your thoughts and emotions and use them effectively to create positive outcomes and influence others.
Whole health is important to me. When one area of your life is out of sorts, the rest are cannot function properly. You feel unbalanced and often overwhelmed. My goal is to empower you with the necessary tools to break free of the binds that hold you back and set you on a course of continual progress and prosperity. Together, we will release the junk weighing you down to allow amazing opportunities for personal growth.
