What is Holistic Health? Many people think Holistic Health is strictly about using alternative medicine, but in reality it’s about caring for the whole person. This is done by not only focusing on one’s physical health, but their emotional, mental, and spiritual health, too. It’s rooted in the belief that all four of these aspects affect your overall health; feeling “off” in one area can affect the others.

Just interested in a massage? No problem! I specialize in a wide variety of clients, including those who simply want occasional relaxation (a.k.a. Spa or Swedish massage) or “working” massages (e.g. Deep Tissue, Sports Medicine, stretching, and anything deeper than Swedish massage).
